摘要
文章遵循全面性、科学性、可操作性原则,构建了硕士研究生科技创新能力评价指标体系,利用灰色理论模型,对硕士研究生科技创新能力进行了综合评价,以找出制约硕士研究生科技创新能力提升的关键因素,供高校管理者在制定相关政策时作一定的参考。
Following the comprehensive, scientific and operational principles, we construct indicators of evaluation and conduct the comprehensive evaluation on the science and technology innovation ability of graduate students by using the grey model. And we find the key factors which control ability promotion to provide reference when University administrators formulate relevant policies.
