摘要
目的掌握卫生机构专业人员对《丝虫病诊断标准》(WS260-2006)的现行情况,以期对标准制修订提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查、现场调查与访谈相结合的方式,以浙江、安徽两省15家机构的疾病防治人员作为调查对象,收集标准知晓、使用情况等相关信息。结果共回收调查问卷135份,其中有效问卷123份,问卷有效率为91.1%。标准总知晓率为68.3%,知晓途径以标准宣贯和国家文件为主,分别占38.1%和33.3%,不同单位级别、是否从事丝虫病相关工作和不同工作年限的调查对象之间对标准知晓率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。55.3%的调查对象认为该标准适用且应持续有效。结论在丝虫病防治中各级卫生机构对标准的知晓和使用情况不容乐观。应加强对各级医疗机构标准的宣传,制定对慢性丝虫病患者照顾的方案,以满足丝虫病消除后疾控防治的需求。
Objective To understand compliance and implementation of Diagnostic Criteria for Filariasis (WS260-2006) among professional in health institutions,and to provide scientific information for future revision.Methods The application evaluation of Diagnostic Criteria for Filariasis (WS260-2006) was carried out in 15 institutions in Zhejiang and Anhui provinces disease prevention and control staff by questionnaires,field investigation and special interviews to collect information of knowledge,implementation.Results Totally 135 questionnaires were collected,of which 123 were valid.The valid questionnaire recovery rate was 91.1%.Totally 68.3% participants had known this standard.The known channels were mainly standard publicity and national documents,accounting for 38.1% and 33.3%,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference in the rate of known this standards among the subjects at different unit levels,whether they were engaged in filariasis-related work and different years of work (P < 0.05).Totally 55.3% participants had considered the standard was to be fully applicable and valid.Conclusion In health institutions for filariasis prevention and treatment,the compliance and implementation of Diagnostic Criteria for Filariasis (WS260-2006) were not optimistic.The Diagnostic Criteria for Filariasis (WS260-2006) publicity should be strengthened.At the same time,a care program for patients with chronic filariasis will be formulated to meet the needs of disease control and prevention after elimination of filariasis.
