摘要
本研究针对ＥＬＩＳＡ法ＯＤ值易因板与板之间以及实验的天与天的不同而变化的问题，以间接法为例，从反应原理的角度，即用抗原－抗体反应和酶反应动力学公式，推导出校正板间误差的数学公式，并用实验对其进行了验证。
We report the establishment of a rectify formula for ELISA to proffread and correct the OD-value difference caused by different experiment days and the varity of plates.The formula was based on the theory of ELISA reactions,it had been also tested and verified by several experiments.
