摘要
本文提出了一种数值模拟满装滚子轴承扭矩的研究方法,并搭建了试验平台来进行轴承的内圈摩擦力矩测试验证。我们首先通过SolidWorks来进行实验平台的搭建设计,搭建完之后将测试轴承模型导入数值分析软件ADAMS,并进行虚拟模型的参数设置与试验仿真测试,测试完毕之后通过实验进行验证。最后进行分析对比,发现测试的数据与仿真、理论计算出来的数据误差在一定范围内,因此本次试验机开发成功,并且所做的仿真符合实际工况。
In this paper,a research method of numerical simulation of full roller bearing torque is proposed,a test platform is built to test and verify the inner ring friction moment of bearing. Firstly, we build and design the experimental platform through SolidWorks. After the construction,we import the test bearing model into the numerical analysis software ADAMS,set the parameters of the virtual model and test the simulation. After the completion of the test , we verify it through the experiment. Finally , through analysis and comparison,it is found that the errors between the test data and the simulation data and the theoretical data are within a certain range. Therefore,the development of the test machine is successful,and the simulation is in line with the actual working conditions.
