摘要
基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了卡轮轴承滚子与套圈接触模型和外圈简化梁模型,对其进行了静力学结构分析,分析结果表明:卡轮轴承外圈上的最大应力超过了材料的强度极限,其外圈断裂属于过载断裂;有限元分析结果与理论结果较吻合,证明了有限元分析的正确性。
Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS, the contact model for roller - rings and simplified beam model for outer ring are established for driving wheel bearings, and the static mechanical structure analysis is conducted. The results show that the maximum stress on outer ring is much higher than the ultimate strength of bearing material, so the outer ring fracture belongs to overload fracture. The finite element analysis results are quite consistent with the theoretical results,which prove the correctness of finite element analysis.
