摘要
机械手表处于竖直位置时由于受重力影响存在走时误差,陀飞轮的发明从理论上克服了重力的影响。然而当陀飞轮处于竖直位置不同方向时,走时精度仍有区别。文中对陀飞轮在竖直位置的4个方向进行力学建模,分析机构运行过程的摩擦力,研究造成走时误差的关键因素,并以机芯ST8260为例,计算陀飞轮旋转时克服的摩擦力。
Timekeeping error exists due to the gravity when a mechanical watch is placed in vertical positions. The invention of tourbillon compromises this effect theoretically. However,variation of timekeeping accuracy is observed when the tourbillion is in different vertical positions. In this paper,force modeling is conducted in four vertical positions. The friction analysis is carried out and the key factor of the timekeeping error is investigated. The friction consumption during the rotation of the tourbillion is calculated based on a specific movement ST8260.
