摘要
目的筛选防治肝损伤效果最佳的红芪复方。方法皮下注射四氯化碳(CCl_4)致小鼠肝损伤,分别给予小鼠4个红芪复方(原药材20 g·kg^(-1),每日1次)灌胃,7周后测定小鼠血清中的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST);测定肝组织匀浆中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA);采用苏木素-伊红(HE)染色观察肝组织病理变化。结果 CCl_4所致小鼠肝损伤效果明显;4个红芪复方对CCl_4致小鼠肝损伤药效显著,但药效活性存在差异,其中红芪复方三的效果最佳。结论红芪复方三具有防治小鼠肝损伤的作用,具有进一步研究的价值。
Objective To screen the prescription of compound Chinese medicine of Radix Hedysari used for the prevention and therapeutics on carbon tetrachloride induced liver injury in mice. Methods Liver injury was induced by subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4 )-peanut oil in mice.At the same time,4 prescriptions of compound traditional Chinese medicine of Radix Hedysari (20 g·kg -1 , once each day) were given intragastrically.After 7 weeks,serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST),liver superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected.Histological examination was performed using hematoxylin-eosin staining and light microscopy. Results The effect of CCl 4 on liver injury in mice was obvious,the effect of the 4 prescriptions of compound traditional Chinese medicine of Radix Hedysari on liver injury induced by CCl 4 was significant,but there were differences in their pharmacodynamic activities,among which the prescription 3 was the best. Conclusion The prescription 3 of compound traditional Chinese medicine of Radix Hedysari has the function of preventing and treating liver injury in mice and has the value of further study.
