摘要
舒肝消积丸具有舒肝补脾，理气化瘀，清热利湿，扶正益气之功。本品治疗乙型肝炎３０３例，结果临床治愈率为３０．０３％，显效３６．６３％，好转２６．０７％，无效７．２６％。总有效率达９２．７４％。对ＨＢｓＡｇ阴转率为１５．５４％；ＨＢｅＡｇ阴转率为４５．４２％，抗ＨＢｅ转阳率为４２．３７％。按中医分型，对肝郁脾虚型和气滞血瘀型疗效较好，而肝肾阴虚和脾肾阳虚型次之。
Lanzhou Factory of Traditional Chinese Medicine Lanzhou,730046)Shuganxiaoji Pills possessed the functions of dispersing the depressed liver-energy and invigorating the spleen,regulating vitai energy and dissipating blood stasis,clearing away heat and promoting diuresis,supporting the healthy energy and supplementing the vital energy. This pills was clinically applied to treat 303 patients with hepatitis B. The results showed a cure rate of 30.03%,obvious effect of 36. 63%,improvement of 26.07% and ineffect of 7.26% with a total effective rate of 92.74%. HBeAg negative conversion rate and anti-HBc positive conversion rate were 45.12%and 42.37%,respectively. According to the classification of traditional Chinese medicine,it showed the better curative effects for typies of depression of liver-energy and asthenia of spleen. and stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis,then typies of yin and yan-deficiency of liver and kidney.
