剂油比调变方式对DCR装置评价的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用DCR催化裂化评价装置,选取2种不同的催化剂,考察剂油比调变方式对剂油比及产品分布的影响,以指导DCR装置的评价及工艺开发,其中剂油比的调变采取3种方式,即原料油温度、再生剂温度、反应温度。实验结果表明:原料油温度每降低90℃、再生剂温度每降低30℃或者反应温度每增加15℃,对于催化剂A,剂油比增加1个单位左右;对于催化剂B,剂油比增加0.9个单位左右。同种原料油,同样的剂油比调变方式,不同类型的催化剂条件下,对剂油比的影响不大。因此,在DCR装置评价不同催化剂时,可参考其他催化剂裂解同种原料油条件下的剂油比调变方式,会进一步提高对同一家炼厂进行市场服务的效率。 Two different catalysts were selected to examine the effect of the method of varying the catalyst/oil ratio in DCR device on the catalyst/oil ratio and the distribution of the product,which guides the evaluation and process development of DCR device.There are three kinds of method of varying the catalyst/oil ratio:feedstock temperature、regeneration temperature、reaction temperature.The results showed that reducing the feedstock temperature by 90℃、reducing the regeneration temperature by 30℃or increasing the reaction temperature by 15℃,the catalyst/oil ratio goes up by about 1 for catalyst A,and by about 0.9 for catalyst B.On condition that the type of feedstock is same and the types of catalysts are different,the same method of varying the catalyst/oil ratio does not much affect on the catalyst/oil ratio.Therefore the method of varying the catalyst/oil ratio by which other catalysts cracking the same feedstock can be used for reference when different catalysts are evaluated in the DCR device,which should further increase efficiency of market services for the same refinery.
