摘要
介绍了提高催化裂化液化石油气中丙烯浓度的助剂(NP031)的工业应用结果,并对在工业装置上由于加剂速度、原料性质、系统催化剂品质、反应温度和其它操作参数等因素变化对助剂使用效果造成的影响进行了分析和讨论。从工业应用结果看,当MP031助剂在反应再生系统中占系统催化剂藏量的比例为4%左右时,液化石油气中丙烯体积分数可提高约4个百分点,丙烯产率增加0.62个百分点,而液化石油气的产率增加值不大于0.5个百分点。
Commercial application result of the assistant (MP031) for increasing propylene content in LPG is expounded and the influence of operating parameters, such as assistant adding velocity, feedstock property, catalyst characteristic in the system, and the effect of reaction temperature on the usage, has been analyzed and discussed. Commercial application showed that when MP031 occupied about 4% of catalyst inventory in the system, propylene content of LPG has been increased by 4 percent points, propylene yield increased by 0.62 percent point and the LPG yield increase was no more than 0.5 percent point.
