摘要
针对农用机械制造水平落后,如自动化程度低、产品一致性差、质量不稳定等问题,以变速箱壳体为研究对象,采用数字化制造技术,设计变速箱壳体柔性加工工艺,制定主要的加工工艺参数。运用正交试验与回归分析法,对加工工艺参数进行分析及优化计算,实现农用机械变速箱壳体系统、高效、经济、智能的数字化加工,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
In view of the backwardness of agricultural machinery manufacturing, such as low automation, poor product consistency, and unstable quality, the gearbox housing is the research object, focusing on digital manufacturing technology, designing the flexible processing technology of the gearbox housing, and formulating the main process parameters. Using orthogonal test and regression analysis, the processing parameters are analyzed and optimized. In this way, the agricultural machinery gearbox housing system, high-efficiency, economical and intelligent digital processing is realized, which reduces production costs and improves production efficiency.
