摘要
利用扫描电镜对悬钩子属野生种及栽培品种共14份材料的花粉形态进行观察、比较。结果表明,花粉为扁球形及近球形,极轴长度(P)变化为17.50~28.44μm,赤道轴长(E)为18.19~27.96μm。花粉一般具3萌发沟,沟伸长至两极,萌发沟长度变化为14.88~23.37μm,宽度为1.98~4.98μm。7个栽培品种的花粉外壁纹饰为条纹穿孔状,而野生种的外壁纹饰类型相对较丰富,为条纹状、条纹穿孔状及穿孔状。
Pollen morphology of 14 species or cultivars of Rubus L.was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The pollen grains were oblate,subspheroidal with tricolporate.The length of the pollen polar axis ranged from 17.50μm to 28.44μm,and the equatorial axis varied from 18.19 to 27.96μm.The variation ranges of the length and width of colporate were 14.88-23.37μm and 1.98-4.98μm,respectively.The exine ornamentation of 7 cultivars showed striate-perforate,while the exine ornamentation types of wild species were relatively rich,which were perforate,striate and striate-perforate.
