摘要
[目的]探讨大学生学校认同主要影响因素,以此为高校提高学生的学校认同水平提供切实可行的办法。[方法]本研究采用元分析技术对学校认同主要影响因素进行探究,通过文献检索,纳入了43个独立样本,4683人进行元分析。[结果]学校内部因素(r=0.42)和外部环境因素(r=0.44)与学校认同都有中等程度的相关,而个人因素与学校认同只有弱相关(r=0.04)。[结论]今后学校提高大学生的学校认同,要着重关注学校内部因素建设和外部环境因素建设,以促进学校和学生的良性发展。
Object The object of this study is to explore the main influencing factors of college students' school identity, and to provide practical suggestions for colleges to improve students' school identity. Methods This study uses meta-analysis technology to explore the main influencing factors of school identity. Through literature retrieval, 43 independent samples and 4683 people are input for meta-analysis. Results School's internal factors (r=0.42) and external environmental factors (r=0.44) are moderately correlated with school identity, while individual factors arew only weakly correlated with school identity (r=0.04). Conclusion: In order to improve college students' school identity, the collegesl should pay more attention to the construction of internal factors and external environmental factors, so as to promote the benign development of the school and students.
