摘要
学校认同是大学生对其所处的学校的赞许、接受和肯定的评价。具有学校认同感对大学生形成积极的自我概念和良好的行为方式有重要的作用。本文采用自编的大学生学校认同感问卷,对某大学200名在校生进行调查,发现不同大学生群体之间认同感存在一定的差异。影响大学生学校认同感的因素主要有专业、生源地、专业教师、学校管理。高校应从多方面采取措施提高学生的学校认同感。
The college students' school identity is the approval, acceptance and positive evaluation of their school. It is of great influence of the students to form the positive self concept and good behavior when they have the sense of identity. This paper, by using the self-designed questionnaire of university students' sense of identity, had 200 students lege s and sc investigated and found that there are certain differences of the sense of identity among different groups of col- tudents. The factors that Influence College Students' sense of identity are professions,origins,students, teachers bool management. Colleges and universities should take measures to improve the students' school identity.
