摘要
显脉旋覆花为菊科旋覆花属多年生草本植物,又叫云威灵、毛秀才、小黑药,是一种具有悠久应用历史的药食两用植物资源。2010年,显脉旋覆花正式被国家卫生部批准纳入新资源食品名录。目前,对于显脉旋覆花作为新资源食品的产业开发研究报道较少,对显脉旋覆花的成分和提取工艺、生理功能、深加工利用进行综述和展望,以期为显脉旋覆花的产业化开发利用提供参考。
Inula nervosa Wall. is a perennial herb belonging to the genus Inula of composite family which is also known as Yunweiling,Maoxiucai and Xiaoheiyao etc. It is a medicinal and edible plant with a long history of folk application. In 2010,it was formally approved by the Ministry of Health to be included in the New Resource Food Directory. At present,there are few reports on the industrial development of the new resource food-Inula nervosa Wall.. This article presented a review of the research on the composition and extraction process,the physiological function research and the development and utilization of Inula nervosa Wall.. by which we hope to provide reference for its industrial development and commercial utilization.
