摘要
目的 :建立香薷止泻胶囊的质量标准。方法 :薄层色谱和高效液相色谱法。结果 :香芹酚和百里香酚的平均加样回收率分别为 97 4 9%和 99 1 6 % ,RSD =1 78和RSD =2 0 5。结论 :该方法准确、可靠 。
Objective:To estabilish a quality control for Xiangruzhixie Capsule.Method:TLC and HPLC were used.Result:The average recovery of carvacrol and thymol were 97\^49%( RSD =1\^78) and 99\^16%( RSD =2\^05) respectively.Conclusion:the method is accurate and reliable,it can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
