高职“食品卫生与安全管理”课程思政教育的设计与实践 被引量:14

摘要 随着经济社会不断发展,人们对生活质量提出了新的期待和更高的要求,食品安全问题逐渐成为了人们关注的焦点。在高职院校中进行"食品卫生与安全管理"的教学过程中开展思政教育是提升食品专业学生道德素质的必然选择。基于高职类食品专业学生的特点,初步探索了"食品卫生与安全管理"课程思政教育的设计。 With the development of economy,and the new expectations and higher living standard were required. Food safety has become the focus of people's attention. In the course of teaching Food Health and Safety Management in colleges,ideological and political education is the inevitable choice to improve the moral quality of food professional students. Based on the characteristics of these students,this paper explored the design of ideological and political education in the course of Food Health and Safety Management.
