池塘种植鱼腥草对罗非鱼链球菌抗病力影响及机理研究 被引量:6

摘要 为探讨鱼腥草种植对罗非鱼(Oreochromis spp)抗病力的影响机理,在罗非鱼养殖池塘中分别种植池塘面积0%、5%、10%、15%比例的鱼腥草,养殖90 d后进行无乳链球菌人工感染,连续72 h统计累计死亡率,同时取人工感染0、24、48、72 h的鱼采集尾静脉血进行生化指标分析。结果显示:10%鱼腥草种植面积的罗非鱼死亡率显著性低于其他3组;10%鱼腥草种植面积的罗非鱼血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和葡萄糖(GLU)呈现先升高后降低的趋势,感染后72 h恢复到感染前水平,没有显著性差异;5%和10%鱼腥草种植面积的罗非鱼血清白蛋白/球蛋白(A/G)在感染前后没有显著性差异;10%鱼腥草种植面积的罗非鱼感染后血清胆固醇(TC)显著性降低,其余3组的罗非鱼的血清TC在感染前后没有显著性变化;5%、10%、15%鱼腥草种植面积的罗非鱼在感染前血清TG显著性低于0%种植面积;10%鱼腥草种植面积的罗非鱼血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)在感染前和感染后24 h和72 h都要显著性低于其他3组;10%鱼腥草种植面积的罗非鱼血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在感染前、感染后48 h和72 h均显著低于其他3组。结果表明,10%种植面积鱼腥草可提高罗非鱼对链球菌病的抵抗力,初步认为罗非鱼-鱼腥草共培养殖模式中鱼腥草的最佳种植比例为10%。 Different proportions of Houttuynia cordata as 5%, 10%, and 15% were planted on the disease resistance of tilapia pound to explore the effect of fish mint premonition. After 90 days cultivation, artificial infection with Streptococcus agalactiae was performed. The cumulative mortality rate for 72 h was calculated. Tail vein blood was collected at 0, 24, 48, and 72 h after artificial infection for biochemical analysis. The results showed that the mortality of tilapia in 10% H. cordata cultivated area was significantly lower than that of the other three groups. Alanine aminotransferase ( ALT), aspartate aminotransferase ( AST) and amylaceum ( GLU)in 10% of the planting area increased first and then decreased, and recovered to the pre-infection level at 72h after infection. There was no significant difference between 5% and 10% tilapia albumin / globulin ( A/G) before and after infection. The cholesterol ( TC) of tilapia in 10% cultivated area decreased significantly after infection, but there was no significant change in TC of Tilapia in the other three groups before and after infection. Before infection, triglyceride ( TG) was significantly lower than 0% planting area. Serum alkaline phosphatase ( AKP) of 10% tilapia was significantly lower than that of other three groups before infection and 24h and 72h after infection and significantly lower than that in other three groups before infection and at 48h after infection for 72h. The serum superoxide dismutase ( SOD) of 10% planted area was significantly lower than that of the other three groups before infection and at 48h and 72 h after infection. The results showed that 10% of the planting area of H. cordata had better resistance capacity to streptococcus. The optimum coverage ratio of H. cordata in the symbiotic culture model of tilapia and H. cordata was 10%.
