摘要
通过构建中草药鱼腥草与罗非鱼共生池塘养殖系统,研究了该系统中鱼腥草作为浮床植物对吉富罗非鱼非特异免疫力影响和对养殖水质的调控作用。结果显示,在持续3个月的养殖实验过程中,实验塘COD、NH4+-N、NO2–-N、TP和PO43–-P等主要水质指标均显著低于对照塘(P<0.05);pH、DO则呈不规律波动,实验塘与对照塘无显著差异。实验塘罗非鱼血清溶菌酶(LSZ)、一氧化氮(NO)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活力均高于对照塘(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)活力则低于对照塘(P<0.05)。此外,实验塘和对照塘罗非鱼平均成活率分别为95.25%和88.15%;实验塘罗非鱼的相对增重率和特定增长率分别达到326.63%和161.19%,远远高于对照塘的264.4%和143.68%。结果表明:鱼腥草浮床对罗非鱼池塘养殖水质具有明显的调控作用,可较好促进水体的自净功能。同时,鱼腥草浮床可明显提高罗非鱼非特异免疫能力,从而提高其成活率及产量。
The effect of Houttuynia cordata on tilapia non-specific immunity and water quality in herbal houttuynia-tilapia pond symbiotic system has been studied. During three months' experiment, the water quality factors including COD, NH4^+-N, NO2^--N, TP and PO4^3--P in the treatment ponds were significantly lower than those of the control ponds(P〈0.05), while the p H value and DO concentration fluctuated irregularly with no significant difference between the treatment and the control ponds. The activities of lysozyme(LSZ), nitric oxide(NO), alkaline phosphatase(AKP) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) of tilapia in the treatment ponds were significantly higher than those of the control ponds(P〈0.05), but malondialdehyde(MDA) activity of tilapia in the treatment ponds was significantly lower than that of the control ponds(P〈0.05). The average survival rate, relative weight gain and specific growth rate of tilapia in the treatment ponds(being 95.25%, 326.63 and 161.19, respectively) were higher than those of the control ponds(being 88.15%, 264.40 and 143.68, respectively), without significant difference between the treatment and the control ponds. The results in this paper imply that Houttuynia cordata floating-bed could improve the non-specific immunity of tilapia and promote the self-cleaning function of water body.
