摘要
根据某款汽车散热器生产过程,在新项目过程设计阶段进行PFMEA分析,收集质量数据,找出潜在失效模式,对产品失效严重度、探测度、频度等进行测定,计算RPN值。对于高风险项目,采取防错技术,降低RPN值,实现散热器生产过程中质量零缺陷目标。
According to the production process of a certain car radiator, the PFMEA analysis is carried out in the design stage of the new project process, the quality data is collected, the potential failure mode is found, the product failure severity, the detection degree, the frequency are measured, and the RPN value is calculated. For high-risk projects, adopt error-proof technology, reduce the RPN value, and achieve the goal of zero quality defects in the radiator production process.
