摘要
针对柔性化汽车生产线上多车型共线生产的现状,设计了一种基于CAN总线的网络化集成系统,可以实现对生产现场的车型自动识别、生产工位防错质量控制及质量追溯。该系统有助于降低产品缺陷的产生,缩小缺陷产品的界定范围,提高企业的经济效益。
The compositive system that has network structure based on CAN bus has been designed. It can be uses to recognize the model of vehicle and control the quality with error proofing control system; also, it may be used to ascend the quality defect. The system may take advantage to decrease the probability and shrink the range of defective production; it also can increase the economic benefit for the company.
