摘要
传统的钢板销线单机的生产模式已经满足不了生产需求,有必要将自动化的新技术融入到生产制造中去,因此提出了一种钢板销自动化生产线设计方案。该方案将拉削技术、高速钻削技术、连续感应淬火及回火技术等进行技术集成,搭建制造平台适应产品系列化的需求。该项目首次在国内将钢板销生产实现了自动化,开发了防错装置、直径检测机构、自动储料缓存技术、淬火感应器及快换装置,大幅提高了生产效率,降低了人工成本,提升了产品品质。对于其它产品的自动线的开发亦有重要的指导意义。

The project for the first time in domestic steel pin automated production, developed a mistake proofing devices, diameter inspection agencies, automatic storage material caching technology, quenching inductor and quick change device, greatly improves the production efficiency, reduce the labor costs, to improve the quality of the product. The development of automatic line for other products also has important guiding significance.
