摘要 由于航空航天信息化建设的不断推进,工艺性审查工作急需由人工转为计算机自动辅助检查,此项工作是信息化平台建立的重要一环。以自身企业实例出发,对基于自动检查系统的可制造性设计规范进行了初步探讨,总结了建设平台的共性规律,确认并优化了相关工艺性审查数据,为企业建立自动工艺性审查工作提供了有益的方法和尝试。完善的自动工艺性审查平台,实现了设计、工艺协同工作,为技术人员工艺性审查工作提供了便捷的途径,提高了生产效率,也将为信息化平台的搭建奠定坚实的基础。 With the development of information construction in aeronautics and astronautics,the process review work was urgently required to be transferred from manual work to computer-aided inspection,which was an important part of the information platform construction.Based on own enterprise examples,preliminarily discussed the designing specification based on the automatic inspection system,in which the common law of construction platform was summarized and relative process review data were confirmed and optimized,it provided useful methods and attempts for the construction of enterprise automatic process review work.The perfect automatic process review platform can not only realize the cooperation of design and process that providing an easy way for technical personnel to continue the process review work and improving efficiency,but also lay the solid foundation for the construction of information platform.
