摘要
介绍了CAE在发动机研发中的作用,对某柴油机设计开发过程中所进行的整机热力学计算,轴系、阀系、燃油喷射系统分析,曲轴、连杆、主轴承壁、气缸盖—气缸套-机体组的有限元计算,以及水套、气缸内气侧CFD分析的计算内容和方法进行了介绍。
This paper introduces the functions of CAE for engine development.It states the thermodynamic calculation of the whole engine,analysis of the crank train,valve train and fuel injection system,finite element analysis of the crankshaft,conrod,main bearing wall and cylinder head-liner-crankcase,as well as the calculation content and methods of CFD analysis of water jacket and gas side inside cylinders.
