摘要
针对目前发动机CAE技术在产品开发过程中存在的完整性、时效性及有效性等问题,以提升企业研发能力为目的,提出了CAE技术在发动机产品开发过程中有效应用的技术和方法。从发动机产品开发过程的系统性、整体性角度出发,提出了发动机"整车-整机-子系统-零部件"的开发模式,对发动机CAE技术内容进行重新定义,并结合企业流程管理模式对CAE应用过程进行管理,构建CAE技术应用流程图。以发动机EGR系统开发为例,运用该技术和方法建立EGR综合开发流程图,指导发动机后处理技术的开发。研究表明:该方法可有效提升企业整体研发水平。
In view of existing CAE problems in integrity,timeliness and validity,a method to use effectively the CAE technology for developing engine product was proposed to upgrade development capacity of engine manufacturers.That included establishing "Car-Engine-Subsystem-Component" developing mode from systematicness and integrity angle of engine product development,redefining engine CAE technology content,and incorporating CAE application process into business process management and building CAE application flowcharts.As an insistence,this method was used in the EGR development to build EGR comprehensive development flowchart for guiding engine post-processing system design.Results show that this method promotes overall RD level effectively of the enterprise.
