摘要
目的探讨骨化三醇联合钙剂在早期治疗老年骨量低下患者中的应用效果。方法选取在本社区就诊的62例老年骨量低下患者作为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组,每组31例,研究组给予生活方式调整+钙剂口服+骨化三醇口服,对照组仅给予生活方式调整+钙剂口服;观察患者治疗前后的骨密度变化和疼痛状况的变化,并进行比较。结果在两组患者的治疗结果方面,研究组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时两组患者的不良反应方面差异无统计学意义。结论社区老年骨量低下患者治疗过程当中,通过骨化三醇联合钙剂早期干预治疗可以显著改善患者的骨密度,使用于临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To discuss effect of calcitriol and calcium treating in elderly low bone mass. Methods We selected 62 cases with elderly low bone mass as subjects. They were divided into study group and control group randomly (31 cases in each group). Control received lifestyle adjustment and calcium oral. Study received calcitriol based on control group. The changement of bone density and pain conditions were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results Bone density and pain conditions in study group after treatment were significantly different with before treatment, which had significant different between study group and control group after treatment(P<0.05), while the incidence of adverse reactions has no different between control and study groups. Conclusion Based on lifestyle adjustment and calcium oral, combined with calcitriol in treatmen to elderly low bone mass, can improve bone density. It is suitable for further application in clinic.
