摘要
我国正在推动北方地区清洁取暖工作,利用可再生能源实现清洁取暖正在成为一种趋势,因此,"煤改电"工程是目前北方地区清洁取暖最为主要的一种方式。深入研究改造地区电网负荷特性,分析"煤改电"对当地负荷特性的优化作用至关重要。本文以辽宁地区为例,利用3种优化方案针对"煤改电"对电网负荷特性的优化影响进行分析,为下一步配套电网规划及电网调度提供理论依据。
The policy of heating with clean enery has been propelled in the nothearn eara, and the coal to electricity project has always been the leading pattern of clean heating. It is very important to analyze the impact of the coal to electricity project to the load characteristic of the regional power grid. As the research object, the impact is analized with three different optimizing scheme in Liaoning province, which could be the theory basis for the power grid planning and scheduling.
