摘要
目的分析在糖尿病患者血糖信息化管理中运用POCT血糖仪的效果。方法选取2017年6月—2018年6月,我院收治的糖尿病患者300例,分为对照组与观察组,各150例,对照组应用便携式血糖仪对患者血糖进行检测,人工转抄记录数据;观察组使用POCT血糖仪监测患者血糖,以IGMS平台进行数据记录,比较两组管理结果。结果管理后,观察组患者各项指标均优于对照组,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 IGMS中应用POCT血糖仪效果良好。
Objective To analyze the effect of POCT glucometer in the information management of diabetes mellitus.Methods 300 cases of diabetes patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was used to test the blood glucose of patients with portable glucose meter,and the data were manually transcribed.The observation group used POCT glucometer to monitor patients'blood glucose,and IGMS platform was used for data recording,and the management results of the two groups were compared.Results After management,all indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion POCT glucometer is effective in IGMS,and it is worth popularizing.
