摘要
目的分析奥硝唑合剂对牙体牙髓病的治疗效果产生的影响。方法方便选择2015年4—12月之间在该院进行根管治疗的患者共104例作为该次研究对象,按照患者的就诊顺序进行编号(1～104),应用随机数字分组法将患者均匀分成两组,对照组和奥硝唑组,每组52例患者。对照组患者给予常规根管治疗,奥硝唑组患者在对照组基础上联合应用奥硝唑合剂进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析研究。结果奥硝唑组治疗总有效率为94.23%,相比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.63,P<0.05);同时奥硝唑组口内局部不良反应发生率为5.77%,明显低于对照组的19.23%(χ2=6.32,P<0.05);全身不良反应对比两组之间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.52,P>0.05)。对照组和奥硝唑组治疗前VAS评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.39,P>0.05),两组患者治疗后VAS评分相比治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),奥硝唑组评分明显低于对照组(t=8.47,P<0.05)。结论对牙体牙髓病患者进行根管治疗时联合应用奥硝唑合剂,临床治疗效果明显提高,有效减轻患者疼痛程度,同时降低了并发症的发生概率,临床应用价值较高,应在工作中广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of ornidazole mixture on the treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods A total of 104 patients who underwent root canal therapy in our hospital from April to December 2015 were convenient selected and enrolled in this study.The patients were numbered according to the order of the patients(1-104),and random number grouping method was applied.Patients were evenly divided into two groups,the control group and the ornidazole group,each group containing 52 patients.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional root canal therapy,and patients in the ornidazole group were treated with ornidazole mixture on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of ornidazole group was 94.23%higher than that of the control group.The difference was significant(χ^2=15.63,P<0.05).The incidence of local adverse reactions in the ornidazole group was 5.77%,which was significantly lower of 19.23%in the control group(χ^2=6.32,P<0.05);there was no significant difference in systemic adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^2=0.52,P >0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the control group and the ornidazole group before treatment(t=0.39,P >0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),ornidazole group’s score was significantly lower than the control group(t=8.47,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ornidazole mixture in root canal therapy for patients with dental pulp disease can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,effectively reduce the pain degree of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and have higher clinical application value,which is widely promoted.
