奥硝唑局部应用对牙周炎患者血清及龈沟液骨代谢及炎性指标的影响 被引量:20

Effects of local application of ornidazole on bone metabolism in serum and gingival crevicular fluid and inflammatory indexes of patients with parodontitis

摘要 目的:研究奥硝唑局部应用对牙周炎患者血清及龈沟液骨代谢及炎性指标的影响。方法:选取本院收治的50例牙周炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(替硝唑局部应用组)25例和观察组(奥硝唑局部应用组)25例,然后将两组治疗前后的血清及龈沟液骨代谢及炎性指标进行检测与比较。结果:观察组治疗后2周及4周的血清及龈沟液炎性指标均低于对照组,血清及龈沟液骨代谢指标则均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥硝唑局部应用对牙周炎患者血清及龈沟液骨代谢及炎性指标的影响更为积极,对于疾病的控制作用更好。 Objective: To study the influence of local application of ornidazole on bone metabolism in serum and gingival crevicular fluid and inflammatory indexes of patients with parodontitis. Methods: A total of 50 patients with parodontitis enrolled in our hospital were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group(local application of tinidazole group, n=25 cases) and observation group(local application of ornidazole group, n= 25 cases), then bone metabolism indexes in serum and gingival crevicular fluid and inflammatory indexes of two groups before and after the treatment were detected and compared. Results: Two and four weeks after treatment, bone metabolism indexes in serum and gingival crevicular fluid and inflammatory indexes were all lower than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Local application of ornidazole is more effective on bone metabolism indexes in serum and gingival crevicular fluid and inflammatory indexes, and thus it's more effective.
