摘要
目的:探讨奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果及预后。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年10月北京师范大学社区卫生服务中心收治的150例牙体牙髓病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各75例。两组均实施根管填充治疗,对照组使用常规填充剂永久根管填充治疗,观察组使用奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、咀嚼功能、炎性因子水平变化、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组咀嚼功能评分、咬合力、咀嚼效能均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白、人可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率、复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥硝唑合剂辅助填充治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果显著,能有效抑制牙体炎性反应,促进咀嚼功能的恢复,且不良反应发生率低,复发率低,有助于改善预后,提高治疗安全性。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and prognosis of ornidazole mixture assisted filling in the treatment of endodontic disease.Methods:A total of 150 patients with endodontic diseases treated in the Beijing Normal University Community Health Service Center from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.Both groups received root canal filling therapy.The control group was treated with conventional permanent root canal filling agent,and the observation group was treated with ornidazole mixture assisted filling treatment.Clinical efficacy,masticatory function,changes in levels of inflammatory factors,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the masticatory function score,bite force and chewing efficiency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and human soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ornidazole mixture assisted filling treatment of endodontic disease has significant clinical effects,it can effectively inhibit dental inflammatory reaction,promote the recovery of masticatory function,have low incidence of adverse reactions and low recurrence rate,help to improve the prognosis and improve the safety of treatment.
