造渣精炼去除硅铁合金中铝钙杂质研究 被引量:6

REMOVING ALUMINUM AND CALCIUM IMPURITIES FROM FERROSILICON BY SLAG REFINING

摘要 Al、Ca是硅铁合金中两种主要的有害杂质元素。为了寻求一种高效率去除铝钙的方法,文章尝试采用SiO_2和Fe_2O_3渣剂对硅铁合金进行造渣氧化精炼试验。研究发现:造渣精炼后,硅铁合金中的Al、Ca杂质含量分别降为0.13%、0.005%,去除率分别达到88.28%、98.38%。该方法不仅能有效避免渣剂对硅铁合金造成二次污染,还能大幅度降低铝钙杂质含量,从而提高了硅铁合金的洁净度。 Aluminum and calcium are the two main harmful impurity elements in ferrosilicon. In order to remove Al and Ca impurities efficiently, this paper attempted to use SiO2 and Fe2O3 slag agents to oxidize and refine ferrosilicon. The results show that the final Al and Ca contents after slag refining were reduced to 0.13% and 0.005% respectively, and the corresponding removal efficiencies got 88.28% and 98.38%. It indicated that slag refining by using SiO2 and Fe2O3 slag agents can reduce drastically Al and Ca contents and avoid the secondary pollution of ferrosilicon caused by slag agent, which finally improved the cleanliness of ferrosilicon.
