烧结型精炼渣替代预熔型精炼渣的研究

摘要 当前LF炉主流使用的精炼渣为预熔型,存在成本高、碳排放量大的问题。通过工业试验研究了烧结型精炼渣替代预熔型精炼渣的可行性,对比分析了化渣效果、成渣速度、电极加热时间、埋弧效果和脱硫率等关键指标。结果表明:烧结型精炼渣各项冶金指标与预熔型相近,但成本降低约40%,具有显著的经济效益和环保优势。 Currently,the predominant type of refining slag used in LF furnaces is premelted,which suffers from issues such as high cost and significant carbon emissions..The feasibility of replacing pre-melted refining slag with sintered refining slag was studied through industrial trials,comparing key indicators such as slag melting effect,slag forming speed,electrode heating time,submerged arc effect,and desulfurization rate.The results show that the metallurgical indicators of sintered refining slag are similar to those of pre-melted slag,but the cost is reduced by about 40%,offering significant economic and environmental advantages.
