Exploration on the guidance model of postgraduates in clinical medicine

摘要 目的了解"医教协同"培养模式下,临床医学专业学位硕士生接受指导情况。方法对北京协和医学院总计584名临床医学专业型硕士进行了问卷调查。结果 "医教协同"政策的推行,带来了培养模式的改变和培养要求的提高。结论建议结合培训要求和学生需求,调整指导模式,建立指导教师团队,开展有针对性的培训,以期保证学员得到及时、有效的指导。 Objective To understand the guidance of master degree students of clinical medicine,under the training mode of “Hospital-Education collaboration”.Methods A total of 584 professional master students in PUMC were surveyed by questionnaires.Results The implementation of “Healthcare-Education collaboration” policy has brought about the change of training mode and the improvement of training requirements.Conclusions Through the analysis of questionnaires to understand the current situation,it is proposed to combine training requirements and student needs,adjust the guidance model so as to establish a team of instructors,carry out specific training,in order to ensure prompt and effective guidance for the students.
