摘要
目的:通过巴林特小组的活动帮助临床医师缓解职业倦怠、焦虑抑郁的情绪,增加沟通技巧,给予心理支持。方法:对正在进行规范化培训的43名临床医师组织巴林特小组活动8次,干预前后分别应用职业倦怠问卷、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表进行评估。结果:干预后临床医师的情感衰竭、去人格化因子分明显低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(t=2.235,2.253;P<0.05),而反映个人成就感的因子分干预前后差异无统计学意义;干预后临床医师的抑郁总分均明显低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(t=2.303,P<0.05),焦虑总分比较差异无统计学意义。结论:基于巴林特小组活动形式下的医患沟通讨论能够明显降低医师的职业倦怠感,对减少医师的负性情绪具有积极作用,是缓解临床医师职业压力的一条实用有效的途径。
Objective:To explore the effect of Balint group activities on helping clinical doctors to alleviate burnout, anxiety and depression,increase communication skills, and give psychological support.Methods.. The ongoing stand- ardization of training 43 clinical doctors Balint group activities organized eight times, before and after the intervention were applied burnout questionnaire, anxiety scale, self--rating depression scale assessment.Results: After the inter-vention, clinical doctors" emotional exhaustion, depersonalization factor scores were significantly lower than those before the intervention(t=2.235,2.253;P〈0.05), while personal accomplishment was not statistically significant; After the intervention, clinical doctors' depression score was significantly lower than that before intervention(t=2.303, P〈0.05), but anxiety score was not statistically significant.Conclusion..Based on the Balint group patient communication forms under discussion activity can significantly reduce clinical doctors' burnout,be a positive effect on reducing negative emotions of clinical doctors,which is a practical and effective way to alleviate their occupational stress.
