基于科学发展观的研究生导师队伍建设与管理机制探析 被引量：8

摘要 通过对重庆地区研究生导师队伍建设与管理运行机制现状的调查研究,总结出目前在研究生导师队伍建设管理上存在的问题,并以科学发展观为指导,提出研究生导师队伍建设与管理的约束、激励及保障等机制,以期实现研究生导师队伍建设与管理的科学高效、可持续发展。
