PLA2R和THSD7A及其抗体在特发性膜性肾病中的研究进展被引量：10

摘要特发性膜性肾病(idiopathic membranous nephropathy,IMN)指排除了药物、感染、肿瘤等继发因素,原因不明的一种肾小球疾病,发病年龄高峰为40岁~60岁,男女比例约为2∶1。近年发病率呈上升趋势,且年轻化。成人IMN大多数呈肾病综合征表现,约1/3患者在发病的5~15年进入终末期肾病。已发现的成人IMN相关靶抗原主要有M型磷脂酶A2受体(PLA2R)[1]和1型血小板反应蛋白7A域(THSD7A)[2]。它们的发现使IMN在诊断、病情监测和预后判断等方面取得突破性的进展。本文就IMN靶抗原及其研究进展综述如下。
