摘要
为了研究压实过程中集料取向对沥青混合料永久变形行为的影响,采用三维离散元方法进行分析,生成了包含粗集料、沥青砂浆及空隙的沥青混合料三维离散元模型,对混合料离散元模型微观组成结构之间的接触行为赋予了相应的微观接触模型及参数,在此基础上对沥青混合料单轴静态蠕变试验进行了三维离散元模拟,并分析了集料取向对沥青混合料永久变形行为的影响。研究结果表明:三维离散元模拟结果与室内试验较为接近; 4. 75 mm粒径集料取向对沥青混合料的永久变形性能影响较为显著;集料的取向趋于水平时,排列相对稳定,沥青混合料的永久变形性能较好。
In order to clarify the influence of aggregate orientation on the permanent deformation behavior of asphalt mixture,the three-dimensional(3D)discrete element method(DEM)was used for analyzing.A3D discrete element(DE)model of asphalt mixture composed of coarse aggregates,asphalt mastic and air voids was generated.The corresponding micromechanical models and parameters among the interactions of microscale components of DE model of asphalt mixture were assigned.Then the uniaxial static load creep test of asphalt mixture was simulated using the3D DEM,and the influence of aggregate orientation on permanent deformation behavior of asphalt mixture was also analyzed.The results show that the3D DE simulation results are much closer to the laboratory measurements.The orientation influence of aggregates with size of4.75mm on the permanent deformation behavior of asphalt mixture is significant.The aggregate packing will be more stable when the orientations tend to be horizontal,and the permanent deformation performance of asphalt mixture will be better.
