摘要
在3DP工艺中,粉体材料的铺设质量直接影响制件精度.将粉末看作一系列独立运动的离散颗粒的集合,通过建立的数学模型,分析颗粒的受力情况,计算出位移量,实现了采用颗粒集模拟整个铺砂过程.应用基于离散元方法的EDEM软件进行铺粉过程的建模仿真,分别模拟了铺粉辊的旋转方向、大小、水平速度、转速和颗粒大小对铺粉过程的影响.通过仿真实验得出:铺粉辊水平速度对粉层致密度和孔隙率影响最大,随着其速度的增大,使得粉层致密度降低,孔隙率增大,降低了打印精度.本文的仿真研究为实际工艺生产提供了一定的理论依据,为铺粉参数的优化打下了基础.
In 3DP process,the laying quality of powder materials directly affects the precision of the parts.In this paper,the powder was regarded as a collection of discrete particles moving independently.By establishing a mathematical model and analyzing the force of particles,the displacement can be calculated.Then the particles were combined to simulate the entire sanding process.The software EDEM based on discrete element method was used to simulate the powder spreading process,the effects of rotating direction,size,horizontal speed,rotating speed and particle size on the process of powder spreading was simulated respectively.The simulation results showed that the horizontal speed of the spreading roller had great influence on the density and porosity of the powder layer.With the increase of velocity,the density of powder layer decreased,the porosity increased,and the printing accuracy was reduced.The analysis of this paper provides a certain theoretical basis for the actual process production and lays good foundation for the future research of powder spreading.
