摘要
针对现代照明系统对控制便捷、光色丰富和显色性高等要求,设计了一种基于ARM和Zigbee的照明控制系统。该系统由ARM平台提供人机交互界面,通过Zigbee技术组建控制网络,以WRGB-LED作为照明光源。通过调节红、绿、蓝LED的比重实现彩光照明;模拟计算得到不同色温下合成白光显色指数最大值、及相应调制占空比。搭建样机进行测试,得到色温介于2 600~9 000 K、显示指数Ra保持在94.5左右的高显色指数白光、以及色彩精确的彩光。实验结果表明,该照明系统控制便捷、调光精确,具有一定的使用价值。
As modern lighting system has the requirements of convenient control,rich light color and high color rendering,a lighting control system based on ARM and Zigbee is introduced.The lighting system is provided with human-computer interaction interface by ARM platform.The Zigbee module builds wireless control network.The WRGB-LED module is regarded as an illumination source.MCU outputs PWM signal for precise color adjustment.The precise control of color coordinates is realized by adjusting the color proportion of red,green,and blue;Through simulation,the maximum value of color rendering index of WRGB-LED synthetic white light as well as the corresponding duty ratio of PWM signal are obtained under different color temperatures,which provides a basis for adjusting white light color temperature.The prototype was built and tested.The results showed that:the lighting system is easy to control and has a certain use value,and can realize all kinds of color lighting accurately.In terms of white light illumination,the system is practical enough to obtain high color index LED mixed white light,whose color temperature is adjustable in the range of 2600K to 9000K and whose Ra remains around 94.5.
