光源色温对人体生物节律和体温调节的影响 被引量:24

摘要 对光源色温在调节人体昼夜生理节律和周围环境温度变化时人体皮肤温度和核心温度的作用进行了综述。文献综合认为:光源色温在调节人体昼夜生物节律和环境温度变化时的体心温度及皮肤温度平衡方面都起着重要的作用。
