摘要
介绍了一种高强度螺栓新型水基薄膜润滑剂,通过该润滑剂对高强度螺栓连接副表面进行润滑处理,处理后的螺栓连接副,与磷皂化工艺处理的螺栓连接副相比,其扭矩系数(或紧固轴力)受温度的影响明显减小,在0℃~60℃的温度区间内,扭矩系数(或紧固轴力)均能够满足相关标准要求。
This paper presented a new water-based film lubricant for high strength bolts, by which the lubricating treatment of the high strength bolting pair was implemented. The torque coefficient (or fastening axial force) of the bolting pair which had been treated by this lubricant had a lower temperature sensitivity by comparing with the bolting pair treated by the phosphorus saponification process, which can meet the requirements of relevant standards from 0 ~C to 60 %.
