大跨三桁铁路斜拉桥桁间高差控制技术 被引量:3

摘要 钢桁梁斜拉桥钢桁梁采用3片主桁结构,在自重作用下中桁承担荷载较大,施工中容易出现桁间高差(中桁比边桁低),造成钢桁梁连接杆件拼装困难。以宁安铁路安庆长江大桥为背景,通过加强测量观测,控制连接杆件螺栓施拧、桥面板焊接工艺及进度,调整主桁杆件架设顺序等具体措施,有效保证了钢桁梁的架设进度及合龙精度。 The steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge usually adopts the three-truss main girder structure .Under the action of self-weight ,the middle truss bears heavier loads ,which will lead to elevation difference among trusses during the construction process (the middle truss is lower than the side trusses) ,and consequently ,the assembly of the connecting chords of the steel truss girder will be difficult .The Anqing Changjiang River Bridge on the Ningbo-Anqing Railway was taken as the background in this study .A series of specific measures were taken ,such as intensifying efforts to do observation and measurements ,controlling the tightening of the bolts in the connecting chords and the welding workmanship and progress of the deck plate and adjusting the erection sub -sequence of the main truss chords ,so as to effectively ensure the erection schedule and closure ac-curacy of the steel truss girder .
