摘要
分析了矿用输送机纵向撕裂产生的原因及主要检测方法,研究了基于线激光视觉检测的输送带纵向撕裂保护技术,介绍了其系统构成和工作原理,通过在大柳塔煤矿5-2煤主运带式输送机安装试验,并根据实际运行经验给出了提高主运系统可靠性及运行稳定性的方法。该系统能够准确、有效监测出输送带故障点并自动报警,实现了矿井主运输带式输送机无人看管、智能值守,预防了主运带式输送机事故发生,确保了矿井安全生产。
This paper analyzes the causes and main detection methods of longitudinal tear of mining conveyor,studies the longitudinal tear protection technology of conveyor belt based on linear laser vision detection.The system structure and working principle are introduced,and the method to improve the reliability and operation stability of the main transportation system is given through the actual operation experience of the installation test of 5-2 coal main transportation belt in Daliuta coal mine.The system can accurately and effectively monitor the belt failure point and automatically alarm,which realizes the mine main transport belt unattended,intelligent value guard,prevented the accidents of the main conveyor belt machine,and ensured the safe production of the mine.
