摘要
针对带式输送机胶带纵向撕裂故障,介绍了带式输送机胶带撕裂的原因以及撕裂信号的检测方法,提出一种运用图像处理技术进行胶带撕裂检测的新方法,是作者在总结大量胶带撕裂检测方法后提出的一种新的尝试,具有一定的工程应用价值。
In view of the longitudinal tearing of the conveyor belt ,this paper introduces the reason and the detective method of the torn belt ,and presents a new method of detecting belt longitudinal tearing failure using the image process technology. This method is a new attempt,which is conceived by referring lots of the belt failure testing methods and has a certain value of application.
