摘要 《机械设计与原理》是机械类专业的一门专业主干课程,具有很强的基础性和实践性,本门课程的掌握程度对学生整个专业的学习至关重要。随着信息化的发展,传统的《机械设计与原理》教学方式过于老化,很难保证课程学习效果。随着3D打印技术的迅猛发展,制造业由传统的减材制造转变为了增材制造,颠覆了制造业。目前,已有很多高校将3D打印技术应用到实际课程教学中,更有甚者直接将3D打印作为各专业学生的必修课程。研究如何将3D打印技术应用到《机械设计与原理》课程教学中,旨在利用3D打印技术来创新课程教学模式,提高课程教学效果,并从课程特点、3D打印介绍、3D教学模式创新等方面进行了阐述。 "Mechanical Design and Principles"is a professional backbone course for mechanical majors.It is very basic and practical.The degree of mastery of this course is very important for students'entire professional learning.With the development of information technology,the traditional teaching method of"mechanical design and principle"is too old,and it is difficult to ensure the learning effect of the course.With the rapid development of 3D printing technology,the manufacturing industry has changed from traditional reduced material manufacturing to enhanced material manufacturing,which has subverted the manufacturing industry.At present,many colleges and universities have applied 3D printing technology to actual course teaching.What's more,3D printing is directly regarded as a compulsory course for students in various majors.Research on how to apply 3D printing technology to the teaching of"Mechanical Design and Principles"course,aiming to use 3D printing technology to innovate the teaching model of the course and improve the teaching effect of the course.And from the course characteristics,3D printing introduction,3D teaching model innovation and so on.
