摘要
通过熔体指数测试及转距流变实验,分析确定了30%玻纤增强PA6的挤出吹塑成型加工性能及加工工艺,提出了挤出吹塑成型加工的制件最小壁厚参考值,通过玻纤GF在挤出吹塑成型过程中的流动取向及对制品断面形貌观察,对该工艺的可行性进行了论证。
By the experiments of NMR, torque rheological property and extrusion blow, analysis and certarn the extrusion blow molding function of 30% GF/PA6 and the processing conditions. Put forward the smallest reference value wall thickness of process;Used the microscope observation the flow orientation of GF and the SEM observation the products cross-section pattern, demonstration the feasibility of this processing Technology.
