摘要
人生中危机与遭遇具有不可避免性,教育工作者应正视并利用这些契机来教育孩子。"惩罚教育"以教育为导向,以教育为目,从危机与遭遇角度看,惩罚教育对孩子承受挫折意志力及自主承担能力的培养有着重大的意义。对现代惩罚教育的建议有:避免善的事物的代偿式惩罚,提倡自然后果法,重视说理加情感式惩罚教育,注重惩罚方式适宜性以保护学生自尊心。
Crisis and encounter in life are inevitable.Educators should face up and use the educating op-portunities."Punishment education"take education as the guide and goal.From the perspective of crisis and encounter,punishment education have great significance on training the will of bearing frustrations and self-afford ability of children.The suggestions for punishment education are avoiding the compensatory punishment of good things,promoting the natural consequences of law,promoting reasoning and emotional punishments,punishing moderately to protect children's self-esteem.
