摘要
为了探讨布拉氏酵母菌散联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗慢性腹泻的临床疗效。将73例慢性腹泻患者分为给予布拉氏酵母菌散和布拉氏酵母菌散联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗,结果显示,与治疗前相比,两组患者排便次数、粪便性状明显改善;两组总有效率分别是90.48%和67.74%。治疗期间两组患者均未发生全身过敏反应、荨麻疹、便秘、口干等不良反应。布拉氏酵母菌散联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗慢性腹泻,其疗效优于单独服用布拉氏酵母菌散,安全性好。
In order to observe the clinical efficacy of bulbulia bacterium powder combined with clostridium butyricum vaccine in the treatment of patients with chronic diarrhea.73 cases of patients with chronic diarrhea were treated with bulbulia bacterium powder(BBP)or bulbulia bacterium powder and clostridium butyricum vaccine(CBV).Result showed that defecation frequency and the difficulty degree of defecation of the two groups were improved compared to before treatment.The efficacy rates of the BBP and CBV were 67.74%,90.48%,respectively,and adverse reactions including systemic allergic reactions,urticaria,constipation,dry mouth were not found.Combined therapy of bulbulia bacterium powder and clostridium butyricum vaccine was superior to single use of bulbulia bacterium powder in patients with chronic diarrhea.
