摘要
目的探究头孢西丁钠治疗老年细菌性下呼吸道感染的疗效及不良反应。方法选取我院2015年2月至2016年5月收治的164例老年细菌性下呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各82例。对两组患者均进行常规对症治疗后,对照组采用阿奇霉素抗菌治疗,研究组采用头孢西丁钠治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、C反应蛋白水平、体温恢复正常时间、用药时间、治疗费用以及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的C反应蛋白水平均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的体温恢复正常时间、用药时间以及治疗费用均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用头孢西丁钠治疗老年细菌性下呼吸道感染效果显著,患者相应症状改善程度较好,各项指标恢复较快,安全可靠,值得推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect and adverse reaction of cefoxitin sodium in the treatment of senile bacterial lower respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 164 cases of patients with senile bacterial lower respiratory tract infection in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 82 cases in each group.All the patients of the both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment.The control group was treated with azithromycin,the study group used cefoxitin sodium.The treatment effects,C-reactive protein levels,the time of body temperature returned to normal,duration of treatment,treatment cost and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Creactive protein in both groups significantly decreased,and that of the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The time of body temperature returned to normal,duration of treatment and treatment cost in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cefoxitin sodium has significant effect in the treatment of senile bacterial lower respiratory tract infection,and itcan significantly improve corresponding symptoms,and the indicators recovered quickly.It is safe and reliable,which is worth promoting.
